Remote and flexible working options

We are a growing, professional team of specialists looking to expand and support a broader demographic of clients. As part of our services, we're looking for paraplanning support specialists and skilled administrators to provide a range of tiered support to our clients, including financial adviser PA roles, general paraplanning services and back-office IFA admin. We offer entirely remote working arrangements and flexible hours in line with the needs of our clients.

Ongoing training and qualifications

Following a comprehensive onboarding process, we'll ensure you can access the training and qualifications necessary to grow in your role and meet the needs of our clients. We also offer fast-track programmes to become a financial adviser assistant specialising in paraplanning and compliance, providing professional services to improve clients’ processes.
Depending on your choice of role, you may be building relationships with clients as an EA, or handling paperwork and day-to-day functionality as a financial adviser administrative assistant. In addition, our highly qualified paraplanning team works within industry guidelines and specifications to achieve high compliance scores, taking pride in helping our clients complete their work to an excellent standard.
